Beginning on October 31, 2017, you won’t be able to logon to UCLA Logon sites with just your username and password. You’ll need to use a second factor. This will make your password only one part of making these campus services secure. An explanation of the rationale can be found here, but the bottom line is that you’ll need to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), install the Duo Mobile software on your iOS or Android smart phone, and use it every time you log in.
