Synology Maintenance

I have been trying to run the Synology maintenance periodically on the devices I maintain. I thought I was running “RAID scrubbing” but the email notifications we received after completion indicated I had run a consistency check. It appears these are the same thing:

This is what I was clicking, and it appears to be the only option. This is the resulting email:

Dear user,

The consistency check of Disk Group 1 () on SorkNAS has ended. The system is now ready for use.
