For Lab accounts

1. Follow these instructions closely: https://ucla.app.box.com/v/box-departmental-accounts
2. Create unaffiliated BOL account here: https://logon-csb1.logon.ucla.edu/activate.php

Accounts must follow these guidelines:

1. UCLA Logon must be bx[lab_name]
2. UCLA Logon first name must be Admin
3. UCLA Logon last name must be “Lab Name”
4. email address must be box_[lab_name]@[department].ucla.edu
