Postdoctoral Research Opportunities:

We seek enthusiastic and motivated scientists with a Ph.D. or M.D. in Vascular Biology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field with a track record of productivity.  Applicants should send a copy of your CV, a brief summary statement of your previous research experience along with the name of three references by email to Luisa at arispe@mcdb.ucla.edu.

Graduate Training Opportunities:

Our lab is affiliated with several graduate training programs at UCLA: Molecular Biology Interdepartmental Ph.D. Program Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Physiology Program, Genetics and Genomics Bioscience Program, The UCLA Medical Scientist (M.D. – Ph.D.) Training Program

Prospective graduate students can obtain more information about how to apply for graduate training through the Graduate Programs in Bioscience.  Please note that graduate students cannot be directly admitted to the lab.

Students who are currently accepted to or enrolled in a UCLA graduate program should contact Luisa directly at arispe@mcdb.ucla.edu for information on potential rotation and thesis opportunities.

Undergraduate Research Opportunities:

We welcome applications for enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate students to perform research projects in the lab.  To be considered, students should hold a GPA of 3.6 or above, be able to spend 15/20 hrs per week in the lab and be interested in spending multiple quarters doing research. Please send a CV listing GPA, courses taken, and previous research experience to Luisa at arispe@mcdb.ucla.edu.
