We are always looking for creative, community-minded people to join our team. Our work lies at the intersection of developmental, plant, cell, and systems biology. Please get in touch if your interests align with one or more of these areas.    

Postdocs

Email a CV and brief statement of research experience, interests, and goals to Rachel (rshahan[at]ucla.edu). We are not hiring for specific positions at this time but we are happy to discuss ideas for postdoctoral fellowship proposals. 

Graduate students

Our lab cannot directly admit students for graduate study. If you are interested in conducting a PhD thesis in our lab, please apply to the UCLA MBIDP graduate program. Applications are due in early December each year. Our lab is currently affiliated with the Cell and Developmental Biology (CDB) home area. Prospective students are encouraged to email Rachel prior to applying.
