Dylan Kirsch is a postdoctoral fellow in the Addictions Laboratory at UCLA. Dylan received her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022, where she studied neural mechanisms that increase risk for heavy alcohol use and alcohol use disorder in youth with bipolar disorder. Dylan’s current research focuses on examining biobehavioral markers in alcohol use disorder. She is particularly interested in studying the impact of mood (i.e., depression) and stress (i.e., acute, chronic, early life) in alcohol use disorder.
